About Homecharge

Homecharge GmbH, based in Ilmenau (Thuringia), develops and sells intelligent charging technology for electric vehicles, especially for the real estate sector, energy suppliers and municipal utilities, the hotel industry, and corporate charging parks. The product portfolio includes the Homecharger HC2.11L and HC2.22L charging stations with 11 and 22 kW charging power respectively, conductive charging according to DIN EN 61851-1, protection rating IP54, and operation from -25 °C to +40 °C. The core competence is dynamic load management in a master/slave configuration (up to 11 slave charging stations per master station) with tracking equal distribution and FirstIn/FirstOut logic, which enables charging parks without upgrading the grid connection. The charging stations are §14a EnWG ready and controllable via radio ripple control (EFR longwave), and support RFID authorization, tariff-optimized charging, and remote maintenance via VPN and update server. Homecharge offers a complete package of project planning, charging technology, installation package, and flat-rate service contract including remote system monitoring; components can be branded with the identity of energy suppliers.
