About hopf Elektronik
Founded in 1972, hopf Elektronik GmbH has been developing, manufacturing and distributing high-precision time synchronization solutions at its Lüdenscheid site for over 50 years. The product range comprises fully modular time reference systems (8100 Product Series), fully equipped NTP network time servers (6890 Product Series), GNSS reference clocks for GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou, DCF77 receivers, master and slave clocks, signal and protocol converters, displays, antennas with accessories as well as coaxial surge protection devices (4496 Product Series). Products are available as DIN rail modules, 19-inch enclosures (1U/3U) or OEM assemblies and can be extended with function cards; individually developed complete solutions to customer specifications are also offered. Production takes place in own production facilities with precise measuring and testing equipment – all products carry the "Made in Germany" seal. The systems are used, among other things, in power supply, industrial automation, data centers, transport, telecommunications as well as aerospace applications, and are in use worldwide, including in the USA, China, India, Australia and South Africa.
