Plastics engineering built on tradition since 1969
HOPF Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1969 in Besigheim (Baden-Württemberg) that manufactures plastic products from concept to finished component. Its services include thermoforming (vacuum forming) of plastic sheets up to 4000 x 2500 mm, in-house tool and mould making with aluminium and prototype tools, CNC milling in 3-axis (up to 4000 x 1200 mm) and 5-axis formats (up to 2000 x 2000 x 1000 mm), as well as container and apparatus construction in PP, PE and PVC. In addition, engineering, 3D design, 3D prototyping, assembly, marking and Europe-wide just-in-time logistics are offered. Materials processed are thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PMMA, PA, PC, PETG and PS, including antistatic and electrically conductive materials. Customers come from industries such as e-mobility (wallboxes), mechanical engineering, packaging systems, commercial vehicles, public transport, medical and dental technology, caravans and electroplating. The processes are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV SÜD); production takes place at the Besigheim-Ottmarsheim site (production and administration) and Besigheim (warehouse and shipping).

Quality and certification
Every new component undergoes a 3D measurement analysis as part of first article inspection (surface deviation, form and positional tolerances, trim lines, hole positions); thanks to a computerised merchandise management system, all products are traceable. The processes are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV SÜD).
