About us
For over 30 years, Horbach Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH has manufactured finished and special parts made of thermoplastic materials according to technical drawings or samples. Its portfolio includes the trading of plastic semi-finished products (sheets, solid rods, tubes, hollow rods, hoses, profiles, multiwall sheets), cut-to-size pieces, machining of turned and milled parts, forming as well as bonding and welding of plastic parts up to complete assemblies. Turned parts are manufactured up to 400 mm in diameter and milled parts up to 2450 mm in length; production ranges from single pieces to large volumes. Materials used include PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE, PMMA, PC, PETG, ABS, PET, PA, POM, PEEK as well as HGW, Dibond, Forex and Trespa. Customers include, among others, the chemical industry, medical technology, electrical engineering, mechanical and plant engineering as well as swimming pool construction and the sanitary sector. The family business, founded in 1981 with five employees, is based in Langerwehe-Schlich and supplies, as a subcontractor, mainly the region around Aachen, Krefeld, Düsseldorf and Düren.
