Horst Affeldt Fördertechnik Service, based in the Lüneburg Heath in Lower Saxony, plans, designs, manufactures and installs conveyor belts, washing technology, bunkers and machines for storage technology. The focus is on potato technology; in addition, the company produces systems for onions, carrots, the bulk material and recycling industries as well as other industrial applications. The portfolio includes flat and troughed conveyor belts with closed frame profile or open lattice tube frame, mobile hydraulic/electric conveyor belts, big bag fillers, crate turning and crate tipping devices, inspection tables, storage and dosing bunkers, roller dryers and the Dortmund fountain for cleaning potato washing water. Conveyor belts and systems are also available in stainless steel; custom-made products and special belts are manufactured individually according to customer requirements. The range is complemented by services such as new installations and disassembly, repairs, maintenance, conversions and spare parts, also on site with a fully equipped workshop bus. Services are provided in Germany and throughout Europe.
