Horst Hoopmann GmbH, based in Ostrhauderfehn, Lower Saxony, develops and manufactures special-purpose machinery, assembly lines and automation systems for industrial customers. The portfolio includes complete assembly lines for plastic fuel tanks with robotic integration, screwdriving, conveyor technology and testing stations, intelligent line assembly stations, water cooling systems for fuel tanks and filler necks, as well as operator terminals for high-bay warehouses and conveyor vehicles with contactless power supply. Services range from concept development, process development and CAD design through in-house mechanical manufacturing – metalwork, machining, control cabinet construction, machine installation – to programming, commissioning, conversion, modernization, service and maintenance at the customer's site. In addition, the company offers single-part manufacturing of demanding custom solutions, plant rental and leasing or financing offers. Manufacturing is carried out according to certified quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9000:2015. In research and development projects, some with EU funding, the company works on flexible, modular manufacturing cells for wood processing.
