About the Company
Horst Sitte Sondermaschinenbau is a craft business in Dresden-Pirna that emerged from the company Horst Sitte Heißprägetechnik registered in 1990. The company manufactures special machinery and fixtures, including film feed devices of the VE70 T/VE120 T and VE120B to 450B series for transporting protective film during ultrasonic welding, handling systems for injection molding machines, and equipment for reworking injection molded parts. Ultrasonic welding work with a high level of support is performed as a contract service, for example welding conical sieves made of sieve fabric, PTFE degassing membranes into closure caps, or PVC film onto cow ear tag sets. The portfolio also includes embossing of polycarbonate membrane keypads, production of polymer and magnesium dies for hot embossing, as well as protective films made of PE in thicknesses from 0.02 to 0.1 mm. The successor company is owned by David Kajcsos; know-how and manufacturing capabilities were taken over from the original company.

Additional services
Quality
The PE protective films are produced according to a quality agreement with a film manufacturer always on the same blown film line in the optimal width; the films are slit to the requested width and wound onto 1-inch cores.

History
- 1990
Registration of the precision engineering craft business with the Chamber of Crafts on 03.12.1990; before that, 25 years of development in camera manufacturing at VEB Pentacon.
- 1990
First own product: the P01 embossing press for embossing business cards and promotional items, of which approx. 400 units were built and sold.
- 1990er
Focus on fixtures and special machinery.
- 2000
From 2000 onwards, also handling systems for injection molding machines and equipment for reworking injection molded parts.
- 2010er
Development of the VE120 B film feed on customer order; this resulted in a series for film widths of 70–450 mm.
- 2018
Founding of the successor company Horst Sitte Sondermaschinenbau (owner David Kajcsos), which takes over personnel, production, and distribution as of 01.01.2018.
