About Walle GmbH

Horst Walle Dreherei und Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned company headquartered in Blieskastel-Biesingen (Saarland) with a second production site in Zweibrücken-Ernstweiler (Rhineland-Palatinate). Founded in 1974, the company with 24 employees manufactures CNC-milled parts (3- and 5-axis), CNC-turned parts with sub-spindle and driven tools, prototypes and pilot series from lot size 1 up to medium batch sizes. Since 2025, additive manufacturing with SLS (PA12) and FFF with continuous fiber reinforcement (Onyx, PLA) has complemented the service portfolio. Materials machined include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and plastics. The offering is rounded out by design consulting, assembly of complete assemblies, and Keyence 2D and 3D metrology with measurement reports. Customer groups include medical technology, metrology, plant engineering, vacuum technology, toolmaking and mechanical engineering. The company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2011 and is committed to sustainable business practices with its own photovoltaic system.
