About Us
Horst Zöller GmbH is a metal construction and manufacturing company in Lampertheim, founded in 1911 by Julius Zöller as a horseshoe and wagon smithy and now managed in the fifth generation. The company manufactures metal construction structures such as stairs, railings, gates, canopies, fences, handrails, and fire doors, as well as special buildings and courtyard gate systems for private and commercial customers. Additionally, the GmbH offers CNC manufacturing and contract machining with milling and turning for individual parts and small series, including material procurement, processing lightweight metals, plastics, wood, and special alloys. The portfolio is complemented by CAD design (2D/3D with MegaCAD), 3D component reconstruction, prototype and special machinery construction, surface treatment (glass bead blasting, hardening, anodizing, powder coating, polishing), 3D printing, as well as assembly and final finishing. With 13 employees, approximately 700 to 800 orders are processed annually; production includes a tube laser system, CNC plasma cutting, and sheet metal processing.
