The HORSTMANNGROUP is a medium-sized corporate group headquartered in Bielefeld (Carl-Severing-Straße 192). It sees itself as an association of around 30 industrial, service and trading companies from five divisions: the furniture industry, the graphic arts industry, the metal-processing industry, bakery technology and IT. The group includes, among others, Krause-Biagosch (CTP solutions for prepress and the imposition software KIM – Krause-Imposition-Manager), Beckermann Küchen, WP BAKERYGROUP (special machinery engineering for the bakery industry) and the IT system house MICROTEC. The group emphasizes flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths and positions itself with an international reach and a high degree of diversification. In 2015, the Beckermann management (Jürgen Horstmann, Bernard Lampe, Richard Netzel) was awarded the Oldenburger Münsterland Entrepreneur Prize as “Entrepreneur of the Year 2015”.
