Hostettler Dental AG, based in Huttwil in the Oberaargau region, is a manufacturing company specialized in biocompatible dental products with over 40 years of experience in technical precision work. Its portfolio of services includes the KMZF milling center with CAD/CAM milling services, 3D printing of jaw and study models, a dental laboratory, repairs, and the digitalization of models using a 3D precision scanner. With its proprietary PRODUCT3R product line, the company manufactures lingual retainers (Retain3R), accelerated expansion appliances (Forc3R), lingual and palatal arches (Arc3R), space maintainers (Spac3R), corrective splints (Correct3R) and Herbst appliances (Herbst3R) – over 50'000 Retain3Rs have already been produced. Milling is performed from Titanium Gr. 5 ELI, chromium-cobalt (CoCrMo), zirconia, e.max, PEEK and plastic; the Retain3R is milled stress-free from the titanium block without any bending work and is certified as a Class 2a medical device. As a production partner from the Oberaargau region, the company supplies dental laboratories and practices in Switzerland and develops custom solutions and prototypes on request.
