The Hotel Brauerei Gasthof Höhn in Memmelsdorf near Bamberg is a family-run business established in 1783, now in its eighth generation. Its offering includes a comfort hotel, an inn serving Franconian cuisine, a brewery where the beer is still crafted by hand, and a traditional Franconian beer cellar.
