About HPF Elektronik

HPF Elektronik develops and manufactures optoelectronic inspection systems for the pharmaceutical packaging industry as well as for companies in the food and cosmetics sectors. The product portfolio includes blister inspection systems for product fill and color detection, crack inspection systems (pinhole detection) for deep-drawn aluminum and aluminum laminate foils, print image inspection systems, and code reading systems for Pharmacode, 2D code, OCR/OCV and track & trace applications. The systems consist of a color camera, industrial PC, LED lighting unit and proprietary evaluation software and can be retrofitted into existing packaging lines. The company was founded in 1980, operates in accordance with GMP guidelines, supports customers with validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) as well as FAT and SAT, and offers systems with 21 CFR Part 11. Around 85% of production is exported; customers worldwide are supported through support, service and spare parts management.
