HPN Industrieverpackungen GmbH in Waldenburg (Baden-Württemberg) manufactures pallets and transport crates as well as packaging accessories. The product portfolio includes one-way, Euro, industrial, special and floor frame pallets as well as HPE-compliant crates: one-way, trade fair and heavy-load crates, folding crates, S1/S2 crates made of OSB panels and tool-free assembly fitting plug-in crates made of OSB or SPH (up to 1500 x 1000 x 1000 mm). Special custom designs are possible from 1 unit. In addition, HPN offers packaging services, including corrosion protection packaging with VCI packing materials, aluminium composite foil and desiccants, container stowage, transport and customs clearance – either at its own site or at the customer's premises. As a certified export packer and approved IPPC-ISPM15 treatment provider, HPN produces export-ready wooden packaging. Since 2019, an automated pallet manufacturing line has been in operation in 2-shift operation. Customers come from mechanical engineering and export; project orders included, among others, school furniture to Italy and hotel furnishings to the Maldives.
