HSP Maschinen- und Stahlbau GmbH was founded in 1999 in Alfeld (Leine) and is a supplier and partner for mechanical and steel engineering. The range of services includes design according to customer specifications, manufacturing optimization, and strength calculations, as well as manufacturing: Turning, Milling, and Welding are core competencies. Additionally, HSP short-term supplies cutting and laser parts from steel and offers heat treatment, surface technology, and assembly of modules. Production ranges from prototype to series readiness, from small parts to steel structures. Furthermore, the company handles warehousing and inventory management and arranges worldwide shipping including customs clearance for sea and air freight as well as special and heavy transport. Further manufacturing processes are realized in cooperation with regional and supra-regional partners. Since 2017, the quality management system has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015, and since 2019, the certification according to DIN EN 1090 exists.
