htt high tech trade GmbH was founded in Munich in 1988 and supplies the semiconductor industry with systems, tools and consumables for wafer fab, wafer sort, wafer probe, wafer test, final test, assembly and backend. The company represents internationally leading manufacturers of semiconductor equipment, including MPI, IOSS, Jenoptik and Entegris. Since 1992, the Probe Card Division in Dresden has been manufacturing high-precision epoxy cantilever probe cards, probe card specials and mini probers for single-chip testing, and operates the European Probe Cards Repair and Service Center for standard and advanced probe cards. In addition, htt offers sales, repair, calibration, maintenance, CE-EMC certifications, spare parts supply, product training and application support. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and maintains locations in Munich, Dresden, Dortmund and Porto.
