htw molds gmbh is an Austrian toolmaking specialist based in the Walgau region, focused on the development and manufacture of injection molds for closure caps (cap molds) as well as for silicone and grease cartridges. The company offers a mold design service and, on request, manufactures pilot molds with a reduced number of cavities, whose results are transferred to the production molds. All molds can be tested under real conditions in the company's own In-house Testing Center. Products include, among others, the Flip Top Cap Mold with 16 cavities and cycle times of 10–12 seconds with self-closing unit, as well as cartridge molds with a valve gate system for improved filling and quality. The portfolio is complemented by the Toolstar Hotrunner System including nozzle tip cleaning at the machine and worldwide spare parts management. All molds are tested in the company's own In-house Testing Center under real conditions; pilot molds with a reduced number of cavities are also tested before the production tool.
