Tool Grinding from a Single Source
Huber GmbH is a CNC precision tool grinding company based in Eggenfelden with a logistics hub in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. The company repairs and sharpens cutting tools such as drills, milling cutters, countersinks, reamers and saw blades made of HSS, HM/VHM (carbide) and cermet. In addition, its specialists develop, program and produce new and special tools to drawing or customer specification – even in the smallest lot sizes. The service portfolio includes a coating service with TiN, TiCN, TiAlN and special coatings as well as the marking of tools with datamatrix codes (unique IDs) for seamless traceability. An own pickup and delivery service with regular routes in southern Germany rounds off the offering. The machine park includes CNC tool grinding machines from Vollmer, Strausak, Haller, Loroch and Saacke as well as manual Deckel grinding machines; measuring devices from Zoller and marking lasers from JustLaser ensure quality and traceability.
