HUBER | innovative engineering, based in Kempten (Allgäu), is a development and manufacturing service provider for stamped bending parts, contact technology and insert-molding technology. The company manufactures standard, fine and film stamping as well as strip stamping from strip and wire material, including spring material, and processes the parts into assemblies through bending, welding and assembly. Key focuses are product developments in the areas of contact technology, insert-molding technology, eMobility and hybrid components, complemented by engineering services such as FEM analysis, design and process FMEA, spring calculations and rapid prototyping. In its own tool, machine and plant engineering, stamping and bending tools are manufactured, among other things on EDM, surface grinding and milling machines. Materials are steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals with material widths of 3.0 to 150 mm and thicknesses of 0.05 to 3.0 mm (wire Ø0.05 to 6.0 mm). Surface coatings such as silver, gold, tin, zinc, nickel and copper are carried out via partners. Customers come from automation technology, electrical/power electronics, eMobility and the connector industry. HUBER is a strategic partner of the Delfi Group with around 400 employees and group locations in Germany, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, China and the USA.
