Since 1999, HUBER Kunststoffverarbeitung e. K. has been producing injection-moulded parts, blister belts, belt spools, cover films, blow-moulded parts and film products in customer-specific designs in Untergriesbach. The company covers the entire value chain from design through in-house toolmaking with CAD-CAM to series production. In injection moulding, all thermoplastics are processed on machines with clamping forces of 30 to 1,500 t; blow-moulded parts are produced by the extrusion blow moulding process from HDPE, LDPE, PP and PS, some with glass fibre content. Blister belts for SMD technology are manufactured on deep-drawing machines in belt widths of 8 to 72 mm in accordance with DIN standards. In addition, the company cuts, punches, bends and welds films made of rigid PVC, soft PVC and Plexiglas, and manufactures telescopic, aluminium and stainless steel poles. Customers include companies from the electrical industry, automotive, plant engineering, medical technology, laboratory, agriculture and building cleaning; air ducts are used, among other things, in vehicles from Audi, BMW, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce.
