Hubertus Analytik is a specialist laboratory in Carinthia (Austria) specialising in the analysis of hemp and cannabis products. The laboratory determines cannabinoid profiles of raw materials and processed products by means of HPLC-PDA (high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection) in accordance with DAB/DAC, examining eleven cannabinoids naturally occurring in hemp – from CBD and CBDA via d9-THC to CBN. In addition, heavy metal analyses by ICP-MS (Pb, Cd, Hg, As) and ICP-OES (Pb, Cu, Cr, Cd, Fe, Ni) as well as aflatoxin, PAH, solvent and microbiology testing are offered; cannabinoid analysis results are available within two working days. Managing director and expert witness Dr. et Mag. A. Dominik Schantl, a generally sworn and court-certified expert for pharmaceuticals and drugs, also prepares official certified hemp reports in accordance with forensic-technical requirements, which are requested by authorities such as the police and TÜV. Samples are submitted by post or with a sample collection kit.
