Hübschmann Aufzüge GmbH & Co. from Korbach has specialized since its founding in 1975 in the custom manufacturing and servicing of elevator systems. At its headquarters in Korbach, passenger elevators, freight elevators, panoramic elevators and goods elevators are manufactured in-house — from standard solutions to individually designed custom builds. The service portfolio covers new construction, manufacturer-independent modernization and conversion as well as regular maintenance by trained skilled personnel. In addition, the company sells proven elevator components individually or as a complete package to other elevator companies. Installation is carried out by the company's own skilled staff, and a nationwide service network supports the systems throughout their life cycle. Since 1975, around 7.800 elevator systems have been manufactured; with more than 130 employees, the company covers the entire value chain from design to service. Since 2014, the production has been powered by self-generated solar energy.
