About Hülsenbusch Apparatebau

Hülsenbusch Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG from Kempen (location Hülser Str. 49, Hülser Str. 49, 47906 Kempen; brand RBU Germany) is a manufacturer of thermal and process engineering apparatus and systems. The manufacturing range includes recuperators, air heaters, heat exchangers, flue gas coolers as well as heat recovery and waste incineration plants. In addition to conventional metal and stainless steel processing, the company produces HPEx® heat exchangers additively using 3D printing. Its value chain includes engineering, manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, piping and steel structure installation as well as an industrial boiler service with emergency response. Customers come from the steel industry, waste incineration, shipping and energy research, including ArcelorMittal Duisburg and DLR, for whom the test receiver TubeMon was manufactured. Since 2021, in-house 3D scanning technology for measurement and testing has been available.
