About HÜRNER Schweisstechnik

HÜRNER Schweisstechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes equipment and systems for welding plastics, with a focus on piping systems. The product range includes butt welding machines from 40 to 1600 mm, heating coil welding units of the HST 300 series, socket and saddle welding machines, third-generation infrared welding machines, and fully automatic robotic welding systems for series production of manifolds and pipe segments up to OD 630 mm. The portfolio is complemented by pipe working tools, welding data software (DataWork Professional, WeldTrace App) and exhaust air systems for safety cabinets. Materials processed include PE, PE 100 RC, PP, PP-R, PVDF, PVC-U/C and PB. All machines and units are fully developed and manufactured at the Mücke-Atzenhain site; via the manufacturing site in Sovico (OMISA S.r.l.), representations in Dubai and New Zealand, and service centers in more than 60 countries, the company is internationally present. Sectors served include pipeline construction, district heating technology, gas and water installation, wastewater systems as well as laboratory and safety technology.
