About Hugo Frosch

Founded in 1999, Hugo Frosch GmbH is a hot water bottle manufacturer based in Aletshausen (Bavaria), which in 2024 positioned itself after 25 years as a globally established supplier. Almost one million hot water bottles leave the German production facility every year. The range comprises more than 100 models, including classic hot water bottles, classic plant hot water bottles, mini hot water bottles, eco hot water bottles, children's hot water bottles, heart-shaped hot water bottles, design cushions with hot water bottles and promotional hot water bottles. The hot water bottles are made of thermoplastic; the eco hot water bottles consist of over 90 % renewable raw materials and are manufactured with around 50 % less material and approximately 60 % less energy than conventional hot water bottles. Covers for cushions of the Lebensart collection are made of certified organic cotton (kbA). All products are safety-tested, and production is audited annually by independent, certified laboratories.
