Foundation of the business by master coppersmith Hugo Kalbe, the first district master craftsman of the district of Waldeck.
- um 1920
Conversion of the commercial building by Julius Kalbe, master plumber and installer; master craftsman's certificate 1922.
- ab 1940
Anna Kalbe continues to run the business after the death of Julius Kalbe in 1957 together with her son Hugo; 50th anniversary in 1956.

Modernisation and expansion of the exhibition rooms; specialisation in plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology; master craftsman's certificate of Hugo Kalbe 1963.
