Full-Service Machining
Hugo Kemmerich GmbH, based in Lindlar, is a contract manufacturer for CNC machining technology offering full service from material procurement to delivery. The company machines components ranging from five-gram precision castings to six-tonne open-die forgings, including difficult-to-machine special materials such as nickel-based and titanium alloys as well as standard materials. In addition to CNC turning and CNC milling, the service portfolio includes drilling and sawing, conventional turning on centre lathes with centre distances of up to 2000 mm, and computer-aided design and manufacturing using CAD/CAM systems. An in-house measuring room with a coordinate measuring machine ensures compliance with geometric tolerances. Since 1990, the company has also been developing and manufacturing hydraulic special tools for assembly and disassembly with forces of up to 25 tonnes, which are used by MAN, Daimler-Benz and ZF, among others, as well as worldwide through specialist dealers. Customers come from the automotive industry, aerospace engineering and power plant construction.

Quality Management
All manufacturing results are inspected in the in-house measuring room using the Mitutoyo EURO M7106 coordinate measuring machine (measuring range 700 x 1000 x 600 mm) to ensure compliance with complex workpiece contours, fits and geometric tolerances as specified by drawings. The quality management system is certified to EN 9100:2018 (includes ISO 9001:2015) by TÜV SÜD.
