About HumanTech Dental

HumanTech Dental GmbH, based in Steinenbronn near Stuttgart, is a developer and manufacturer of dental implants and instruments for dental surgery. The company belongs to the Hutzel group, established in the medical technology field since 1948, with around 500 employees. Under the RatioPlant® product brand, root-analog screw implants (the Avantgarde and ConeCept lines) as well as abutments and associated components are manufactured. The entire value chain — from research and development through production to sterilization and packaging — takes place at the headquarters in Steinenbronn. Manufacturing is carried out using turning, milling and deep-hole drilling processes in all machinable materials including titanium, tantalum, zirconium, stainless steel and PEEK; the implants are made of the biocompatible titanium alloy Ti6Al4V ELI with sandblasted and etched surfaces. Modern inspection and measuring stations ensure precision and dimensional accuracy; the implant systems are in use worldwide.
