Hummingbird Converting Solutions GmbH (hcs) is a full-solution partner for industrial print production in the fields of decor, packaging and coating. The company develops and designs gravure printing presses, digital printing presses based on the single-pass inkjet printing system TOPAZ, coating and varnishing lines, as well as rewinders, winding technology, rotary die cutters and special-purpose machines. The machine engineering expertise of the subsidiaries Rotodecor, Palis and Coprima is bundled under the umbrella of hcs. In addition, hcs offers maintenance, repair, spare parts service and training through hcs performance care, tailor-made inks and consumables through hcs inkjet systems, and AI-based solutions for intelligent process automation through hcs digital intelligence. The systems process materials such as paper, cardboard, films, laminates, composites, aluminium, plastics, textiles and nonwovens. More than 150 employees develop these solutions at the German sites in Lage and Markt Erlbach as well as in Taicang, China; installation takes place worldwide at the customer's site. The company has more than 20 years of industry experience, particularly in decor, packaging and wallpaper printing.
