About us
Hunkeler Fertigung AG is a regional CNC contract manufacturer in Wikon (canton of Lucerne, Switzerland) and has been producing components for the machine industry since 2001. The company is a dedicated business unit of Hunkeler AG, which has been developing and manufacturing machines for the printing industry since 1922. The service portfolio includes CNC turning, cylindrical grinding of shaft parts up to 1000 mm in length, as well as drilling and milling on CNC machining centres with machining lengths of up to three metres. In addition, Hunkeler Fertigung AG offers assembly including commissioning, prototype manufacturing and consulting on cost optimisation. Various materials are processed, from aluminium to steel, as well as coated rollers with PU coatings through to hard coatings. 16 CNC machines are in operation; the team comprises 35 employees. Production is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
