About Huonker

Huonker GmbH is a family-owned contract manufacturing company based in Marbach, Villingen-Schwenningen, and employs around 165 staff at two locations. Its range of services includes stamping on six stamping presses with press forces up to 80 tons (approx. 82 million stamped parts/year) as well as plastic injection molding on around 60 injection molding machines in the 25 to 250 ton range (approx. 52 million parts/year). Core competence is the multi-component production of hybrid components made of plastic and metal, including contact modules, connector elements, coil bobbins, wire assemblies (wire overmolding 0.4–4.00 mm) and pump housings. The vertical range of production extends from development and design through prototype construction, toolmaking (approx. 50 tool orders/year) and 3D fill simulation to electroplating, printing, assembly and 100% inspections such as leak testing and video-optical inspection. Cleanroom production is available for bondable parts in power electronics. Customers come from the automotive, energy and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering as well as hygiene and pharmaceutical sectors.
