About Hupfer Metallwerke
Hupfer Metallwerke GmbH & Co. KG develops, produces and distributes stainless steel products for commercial catering and central sterilization departments in hospitals and sterilization units for medical devices (AEMP). Founded in 1870 in Saxony and based in Coesfeld, Westphalia, for over 100 years, the company manufactures racking systems, transport solutions, stacking containers, conveyor and transport systems, cold storage rooms and meal distribution systems made of stainless steel. Production originated in wire and metal processing, which still forms part of the portfolio today. The products are created as customized complete solutions to the highest hygiene standards and optimize the process chains from the warehouse to the point of distribution. At the Coesfeld site, around 500 to 550 employees produce system solutions "Made in Germany" that are sold worldwide. The group of companies includes the sister company Rüther GmbH from Eslohe in the Sauerland region as well as the brands Trak and Rüther.
