About us
Husumer Mineralbrunnen HMB GmbH is an owner-managed family business founded in 1996, headquartered in Husum (Schleswig-Holstein). The company produces natural mineral water from its own wells in the North Frisian marsh and floodplain landscape as well as a broad range of soft drinks such as lemonades, spritzers, sports drinks, mate and energy drinks. Filling takes place in single-use PET and reusable glass bottles with roll-on twist caps, plastic screw caps and crown corks on highly modern filling lines. In addition to its own brands such as Husumer, Waterkant, Aqua Nordic, Rio Mate, High Speed and Viva con Agua (exclusive licensed bottling), the company has offered contract filling for third-party customers for over 25 years, as well as Private Water bottling with individual labels from 324 bottles. With around 167 million fillings per year, more than 177 employees, around 530 customers and annual revenue of approximately 41 million euros, the company ranks among the larger mineral water bottlers in northern Germany. Quality is ensured through an in-house laboratory with microbiological testing, external laboratory analyses and annual certification audits.
