HVT HydraulikVentile Technologie GmbH, based in Wennigsen near Hanover, develops, manufactures and distributes miniature hydraulic components for the entire hydraulics market. The product range includes the pressure relief valve Type 100, the pressure unloading valve Type 150 and the check valve Type 260; in addition, custom valve solutions are created in close cooperation with the customer. The valves are characterized by particularly compact dimensions and optimized flow/pressure-loss ratios: the pressure relief valve is available as a spring-biased cartridge valve with valve sizes under 15 mm, opening pressures from 10 to 900 bar and flow rates from 0.1 to 25 l/min. Check valves with valve sizes under 10 mm cover opening pressures from 0.07 to 5 bar; leakage is typically below 1 ml/min. The products are designed for industrial and mobile hydraulics, mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and aerospace, and can also be used in pneumatics. Through series production and a distribution partnership with WEH-Verbindungstechnik, the company complements its offering.
