HWT Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, family-run company based in Haren in the Emsland region, specialising in the processing of thermoplastic and thermosetting materials. Founded in 2002 by Wilhelm and Heinz-Hermann Müller, the company manufactures custom plastic solutions for special applications, including bearings, guide elements, slide rails, conveyor chains and containers for highly aggressive liquids. Glass-fibre-reinforced plastics (GRP) are machined as structural and cladding elements, primarily for the automotive and aerospace industries; thermosetting materials are also used in the power generation industry and in electrical engineering. With more than 30 employees, a production area of over 3000 m² and an additional 2000 m² of storage space, the company operates regionally and internationally. Through targeted investments in state-of-the-art plastics processing technology, the production area has recently been doubled.
