About HXELAB
HX Energy Labs (HXELAB) is an industrial, commercial and technical partner in the fields of bioenergy and sustainable fuels, focusing on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Renewable Diesel. The company develops and operates hydrotreating and hydroprocessing plants based on the HAIXIN process, which combines suspended-bed hydrogenation (HSBH/MCT) with fixed-bed processes. Three refineries using the HAIXIN process are in operation; the Shandong SAF project is running with a capacity of 80,000 MT/year. The service portfolio includes process configuration and technology selection, hydrogen management and energy integration, feedstock qualification as well as greenfield and brownfield project development including refinery conversion, EPC coordination, maintenance and financing support. Through Products & Offtake, SAF, Renewable Diesel, Renewable Naphtha, LPG and catalysts are offered, complemented by Trade Execution. Customers are energy companies, refineries, traders, EPC contractors and investors; the project business extends from China to international markets.
