About HyBoSa
HyBoSa-Hybrid Manufacturing Solutions is a young company based in Grünhainichen (Saxony) specializing in micro laser cladding (laser deposition welding), micro-additive manufacturing (micro 3D printing, µWAM) and hybrid manufacturing. The core product is a coaxial laser cladding head for microfabrication, which can be integrated as an open-source "plug & play" tool with standardized tool holders (e.g. HSK 40) into existing machine tools, gantry systems and robots. On this basis, components and substrates can be coated, technical areas selectively repaired, micro-additive structures with wall thicknesses below 100 µm produced, and 3D-MID manufacturing realized. System stability is based on standardized and certified ultra-fine wires (filament materials); the coaxial laser shielding gas design enables a very pure melting and solidification pool. Materials expertise in precision casting, lithography, rheology and ultra-precision machining comes from the fields of precision engineering, optics and micro-additive manufacturing. The company is supported by ERDF funding and, in addition to equipment technology, also offers contract manufacturing as a service.
