About HydFoam
HydFoam Dichtungstechnik GmbH is a full-service processor of foam plastics based in Welschen Ennest (Kirchhundem, NRW) with more than 20 years of experience in sealing technology. The company designs and produces custom sealing, damping and insulation solutions for automotive, building services, transport and traffic (rail vehicles, aircraft, agricultural machinery) as well as general industry. More than 500 different foam plastics are processed, including cellular rubber (HydCell), PE foam (HydLon), silicone foam (HydSil), polyurethane foam (HydPur), felt and nonwoven fabric (HydVlies), solid rubber (HydGum), PP foam and plastic films. The manufacturing range includes self-adhesive technology/laminating, kiss-cut die-cutting, blanking on flatbed die-cutting machines up to 1500 x 2200 mm, CNC cutting of contours up to 3.0 m in length, roll slitting into narrow rolls (6 to 1500 mm) as well as thermoforming using the thermal pressing process. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 (TÜV Rheinland).
