Hydrauflex – System Supplier for Hydraulic Connection Systems
Hydrauflex GmbH, based in Plauen, is a producer of hydraulic connection systems with around 200 employees on approx. 10,000 m² of shop floor area. The product range includes pipes made from steel and stainless steel tube, hose lines for all pressure ranges, manifolds and distributors, as well as connecting elements and special fittings. Tube processing is performed on CNC sawing and bending technology; special connections are manufactured in the in-house machining department on CNC turning and milling machines. Tube ends are prepared for connection fittings to DIN, EN or SAE standards by soldering, welding or tube-end forming (VOSSFORM, WALFORMplus, beading, flaring). The company supports customers in design with 3D models, functional samples and prototypes through to series introduction and delivers cleaned or defined-clean products. Hydrauflex is a system supplier to the construction and agricultural machinery industry, the industrial truck industry, mechanical engineering, municipal technology and machine tool manufacturing.
