HYDRAULIK BAUTEILE GmbH (HBT GROUP) has been active since 1974 as a partner for the procurement of hydraulic and pneumatic components as well as custom technical parts. The portfolio includes in-house manufacturing of hose and pipe lines, connection technology, fittings, fastening technology, and drive and valve technology. In addition, the company offers engineering and individual parts made to drawing, assembly of modules, filtration, measurement and control technology, as well as hydraulics service and logistics solutions up to complete solutions. Pipe line manufacturing at the Salzgitter site uses CNC pipe bending technology and a digital manufacturing process from the 3D model to the finished pipe. Hose lines are produced in single-unit production up to large-scale series and tested in accordance with EN ISO 6803. HBT GROUP supplies industries such as agricultural technology, rail technology, mechanical and plant engineering, marine, construction machinery, oil and gas industry, municipal vehicles, fire protection, mining, food industry, automotive industry, and paper industry from sites in Burgwedel, Salzgitter and Alfeld as well as in Ventspils (Latvia).
