Hydraulik Schmitz Siegen GmbH is a competence centre for hose and fitting technology based in Siegen-Trupbach. The company assembles quality-tested hose lines – from hydraulic and industrial hoses to chemical, pharmaceutical and steam hoses as well as film-wrapped hoses – and manufactures custom hydraulic fittings and pipelines. In addition, it offers mechanical machining and special fitting construction in steel, stainless steel, brass, malleable cast iron and aluminium. Services include hose management, a hose testing service with pressure testing on behalf of customers, maintenance of hydraulic systems and the mobile Schlauchblitz emergency service, which manufactures and installs hydraulic hose lines directly on site. As the first CE-certified specialist company for hose and fitting technology in South Westphalia, the company manufactures hose lines in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU with declaration of conformity and 3.1 certificate.
