The company repairs and manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders in its own workshop with welding shop, with machining sizes up to 500 mm cylinder diameter, construction lengths up to 10 m and operating pressures up to 500 bar; manufacture to customer drawing or sample is also possible. Another focus is the design and construction of custom hydraulic power units, from small and compact units to large systems with several thousand litres of tank volume, including speed-variable pump systems. The portfolio is complemented by repair and installation of hydraulic systems, repair of pumps, motors, proportional and servo valves, steering units and accumulators, fluid service, UVV press inspection, hydraulics service for injection moulding machines as well as retrofit, test bench construction and machine safety including CE marking. Around 40 employees serve industrial hydraulics and mobile hydraulics as well as injection moulding machines, cranes, mining and marine technology; an online shop with around 120,000 items and training courses for hydraulics and pneumatics round off the range of services.
