About Hydrauliktechnik Engels
Hydrauliktechnik Engels is a family-run, owner-managed company founded in 1970 by Rolf Engels and based in Woldert-Hilgert in the Westerwald. The company specializes in the repair and servicing of defective hydraulic cylinders of all makes, overhaul, and the new production of hydraulic cylinders exactly to customer specifications – from design and one-off production through to small-batch series production. In addition, the company reconstructs hydraulic cylinders through reengineering to fit all makes and manufactures spare parts such as seals, seal kits, piston rods and hydraulic tubes, which are also sold via its own online shop. In its own production facility, pistons and hydraulic cylinders are manufactured to customer specifications using modern machinery. Customers come from industries such as construction machinery and the construction industry, vehicle engineering, mining and tunneling, recycling and waste disposal, municipal engineering, forestry, as well as from municipalities and hydraulic trade companies. Today the company is run in its second and third generation by Rainer and Tobias Engels.
