Hydraulics and metal machining from Illmensee
Hydro-Link GmbH was founded in 1982 by Anton Link in Illmensee and develops, produces and distributes hydraulic and pneumatic screw-in valves. The focus is on seat-sealing and spool valves in the high-pressure sector with operating pressures up to 360 bar, mainly 2/2, 3/2 and 4/2-way valves as cartridge valves. All valves undergo a complete function and leak test on an in-house hydraulic test rig before delivery. In addition to valve manufacturing, the company offers contract manufacturing in turning (up to 9 axes, bar diameter up to 51 mm, chuck parts up to 300 mm) and milling (up to 5 axes, max. 500 mm diameter x 350 mm height), supplemented by sawing, honing, vibratory finishing, deburring and part cleaning. Further products are bottom brackets for the bicycle industry as well as the patented broad-point chisel BM5 ("Kralle") for stone processing. The components are used across industries in mechanical engineering, mobile hydraulics, medical technology and the bicycle industry.
