HydroDyn Systems is a German technology company with a global presence and customers worldwide. The company develops, engineers and installs patented solutions for the mechanical recycling of plastics. The core technology is the HydroCleaner, a hydrodynamic cleaning system that cleans heavily contaminated and unsorted plastic waste such as films, rigids, big bags and PET packaging through meterable hydrodynamic surface friction and highly turbulent water flow. In a single process step, up to 200 m² of flake surface per second is processed; printing inks, labels, adhesives, VOCs, sand and organics are removed. The product portfolio includes container-based modular system units with factory commissioning and retrofitting, CPOS software for process data, multi-circuit water treatment, and UltraPure technology for purifying raw materials into new, VOC-free polymers with the goal of food-grade recyclate. Customers include waste management companies, MRF/PRF operators, polymer manufacturers, compounders, converters, brand owners and retail.

Post-consumer and agricultural films as well as printed LDPE film are cleaned and deinked.
PE-LLD
Stretch and agricultural films as well as PCR/retail films are processed into marketable recyclate.
