About Hyperganic
Hyperganic Technologies AG is a global deep-tech software company headquartered in Singapore with a branch office in Munich (Georgenstraße 38, 80799). The company develops software for algorithmic engineering: algorithms generate components, structures and entire machines for additive manufacturing in a digital evolution process. The product family includes Hyperganic Core (AI-supported software platform for Algorithmic Engineering), Hyperganic Studio (algorithmic design engine for automating complex design workflows) and Hyperganic Print for voxel-accurate control of modern 3D printers; in addition, HyDesign is available as a cloud-native tool for 3D-printed lattice designs. The platform covers, among other things, lightweighting, thermal management (heat exchangers), metamaterials, Mass Customization (e.g. lattice insoles generated in less than ten seconds), tooling design and bioengineering with structures down to 100 μm resolution. Since 2022 there has been an exclusive partnership with EOS; an algorithmically designed aerospike rocket engine was produced on EOS M 400 in nickel alloy IN718 and on AMCM M 4K in CuCrZr. Fields of application include aerospace, automotive, biomedical engineering, medical orthopedics and thermal engineering.
