About HYTING
HYTING GmbH, based in Wiesbaden, develops hydrogen-based heating technology built on its patent-pending core technology HYDROGEN-TO-HEAT. Instead of combustion, the system uses flameless catalytic oxidation of hydrogen and oxygen; a specially developed catalyst generates heat with an efficiency of up to 96 % of the calorific value. The only by-product is water – no CO₂, no CO, no NOx and no fine particulates are produced. The product range includes air-driven heating systems for buildings (rooftop units, AHUs, heating registers of the AirSYS series), emission-free industrial process heat up to 300 °C, and auxiliary and parking heaters for hydrogen and battery-electric vehicles. The systems are developed, manufactured and integrated in close partnership with industrial partners such as ebm-papst and Kampmann. The technology is GAR-certified and proven in a 2,500-hour endurance test.
