About HZO
HZO, Inc. is a US-based service company specializing in protective coatings for electronics. The company coats circuit boards, assemblies and electronic components with micro-thin Parylene layers deposited in a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) vacuum process at room temperature, as well as with ALD nanocoatings. The coatings are pinhole-free, conformal, hydrophobic, dielectric, chemical-resistant, biocompatible and free of solvents, initiators and catalysts. The offering includes turnkey contract coating including cleaning, masking/demasking (semi-automatic to fully automated, laser scoring, ablation), inspection and troubleshooting, as well as a factory-in-factory model with its own coating systems installed at the customer's plant. HZO manufactures its own coating chambers and automation. Quality & Certifications
HZO inspects assemblies at incoming and outgoing goods for critical quality characteristics and component damage, with intermediate inspections during masking; in sampling and pre-production, 100% inspection is performed, in series production AQL sampling. All sites are ESG-compliant in ESD handling, and the Morrisville HQ is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (valid until 2029).
