About i-clean Technologies
i-clean Technologies GmbH is a development company for appliance-integrated, fully automatic cleaning systems based in Hockenheim. The company supports appliance manufacturers from idea to finished product, combining expertise in chemistry and dosing technology in the cleaning agent sector for commercial and private applications. The reference project is the patented self-cleaning system for commercial ovens and combi steamers based on hermetically sealed cartridges and tabs, in which detergent and rinse aid are released with a time offset according to a temperature-time profile. In addition to these systems, i-clean develops cleaning and care products such as machine cleaners, grease filter cleaners and stainless steel care cloths, whose manufacture during the marketing phase is carried out by i-clean and its production partners, while distribution takes place exclusively through the development partners and licensees under their own brand. Customers come from the appliance and commercial kitchen equipment sector as well as from home appliance after-sales service and the trade; partners include Wiesheu GmbH and MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer.

Target material of i-steel stainless steel care with care cloths for modern, structured stainless steel surfaces.
Aluminium
Material of metal grease filters, which are cleaned with the i-seal grease filter cleaner in the dishwasher and coated with a protective layer.
Cartridge and tab technology
Hermetically sealed cartridges and tabs with time-offset release of active ingredients according to a temperature-time profile for safe handling without product contact.

Founding of Wiesheu ProClean GmbH as a subsidiary of Wiesheu GmbH in Affalterbach; development and patent application for a self-cleaning system for commercial ovens and combi steamers; market launch under the ProClean brand.

Licensing of the technology to MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer in Wolfenbüttel; introduction of the WaveClean self-cleaning system in MKN combi steamers.
