About us
I.E.D GmbH was founded in 1987 and is a company in the electronics sector with a focus on measurement and control technology. The Hamburg-based company manufactures customised measurement amplifier systems (KAB, SAB, MAB), signal converters, DIN rail modules, power amplifiers, current sources, ECG and medical amplifiers as well as test and inspection equipment for components and assemblies. In addition, control cabinets for plant and test bench construction are built and wired, inspection systems for production monitoring (e.g. Ron/ISO contact and insulation measurement, power and efficiency measurement) as well as potentiostats and stack controllers are manufactured. As a systems house, I.E.D combines standard products in measurement, hardware and software technology with its own products and services, including LabVIEW development, software applications and product-neutral consulting. The service portfolio includes factory and DKD calibrations with DKD-certified calibrators, on-site calibration of complete systems, repairs, project management and training. Customers come from medical technology, automotive, avionics, shipbuilding, defence technology, research and education as well as plant engineering.
